I work with managers, entrepreneurs, teachers, docters, scientists or other high level professionals who are (or were) passionate about their work. They are people determined to make a difference through their profession, unfortunately they face daily issues that kill their passion, satisfaction and personal effectiveness.Due to their passion and expertise, they do not complain and try to deal with the issues themselves. However, they do not succeed because the the answers are in their blind spots (aspects of ourselves we aren’t fully conscious of). This is where they need a competent coach/consultant who is able to uncover their blind spots and analyze their situation before coming up with a solution that is the right one for them.
