We want to perfom our services in a professional way, whereby your rights and obligations as well as mine are clearly defined. This is why I am accredited by the NOBCO, the Dutch coaching association. All our activities are performed according to the NOBCO ethical code. For our services we use the NOBCO Terms & Conditions. In case of complaints, we comply to the independent complaint procedure defined and handled by the NOBCO.

As service provider we can also assure you that we have a good insurance policy for our services. It is for the unlikely case my services will have caused you damage. Insurance policy is available on request.
